Lubricated Bebicon (Horizontal Tank)

Introduction

The Hitachi Lubricated (oil-flooded) Bebicon compressor is a heavy duty piston compressor designed to operate long hours. Suitable for manufacturing industries, automotive service workshops, spray painting and pneumatic tools.

Compressor Head

Good Cooling Design

The cylinder head uses an aluminium alloy and ventilated rib to improve heat radiation and air capacity.

The V-groove design is located between the discharge and suction chamber to reduce the heat transfer and improve air capacity.

Remarks

  1. Use the compressor at a place where ambient temperature is 0 (at which there is no freeze of drain water) to 40 °C.
  2. The capacity of compressed air is the amount of air discharged under the maximum pressure converted in terms of air suction (atmospheric pressure, ambient temperature 20 °C, humidity 60%).
  3. Hitachi air compressors are not designed, intended, or approved for breathing air applications.
